RETURN POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your swimwear purchase. All
of our products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason,
we will gladly provide you with a refund of your order, within 30 days
of the date of purchase.
Guidelines
All returned merchandise must be in "as received" condition, with tags
and liners in place. Items that are soiled, damaged, worn, used, or
in other than "as received" condition cannot be returned and no credits
will be issued.
Return Process
For returns within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will issue
a refund in the amount listed on your receipt/invoice. The refund will
be provided in the original form of payment.
To make a return, complete the Return Form which is at the bottom
of your Return Policy paperwork, included with your purchase. Place
the Return Form and the original invoice in the box with your
merchandise. Please complete the Return Form in full to ensure
proper crediting of your account. Send your return to us by the
carrier of your choice. Once we receive your return, allow 7 days
for your return to be processed.
Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until we
receive it. Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit is the
responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that customers insure
the merchandise they are returning with their selected carrier.
The customer will be reimbursed for the cost of returning
any merchandise that was sent incorrectly.
The customer will not be charged for the cost of shipping the correct item.
DAMAGE IN SHIPMENT
1. Contact the carrier that delivered your shipment to make a claim.
2. Contact SHI Swimwear to report the damage.
